Scalloped Tag Topper Punch Card Bases!

DSCN4001Hi Everyone! Here's another use for the new Scalloped Tag Topper Punch 133324 - to make an interesting closure for a card base :) Video tutorial at the end of the post!

Heart garland...sewn by me :) made from Small Heart Punch, Red Glimmer Paper and Brights Collection Designer Paper Pack (this year and lasts')
Paper: Whisper White Cardstock, Costal Cabana Cardstock, Crumb Cake Cardstock, Real Red Cardstock, Fresh Prints Designer Series Paper Pack
Ink: Real Red, Coastal Cabana, Crumb Cake
Tools: Full Heart Punch
Accessories - Whisper White Organza Ribbon colored with Coastal Cabana (use Sponge Dauber to add any ink color to ribbon!)
