Hi Everyone! Stampin' UP! Convention 2011 was SO MUCH FUN!
Above is non other than Shelli Gardner, Cofounder and CEO of Stampin' UP! The theme of this year's convention was GROW and the convention center was filled with flowers and garden themes everywhere we looked!
Wednesday: Also, who do I first see when I enter the center? None other than my upline Dawn Griffith :) Note about my hair... our hotel hairdryer did not work that morning...YIKES! My hair was just like one of my favorite sentiment stamp sets...Swirls & Curls :)
For opening night, they said to decorate and bring your garden hat. You've seen mine and Shelli's and here's a few others:
Below are my new Candian friends! Jennifer and Delphine (our roomies), Judy, Adonna & Connie. They are wearing traditional White Hats that are presented to honored guest and decorated SU style. They even had a flashing Candian flag! LOVE it! I had a great time with my new stampin' friends.

The swaps began Wednesday and I saw some still swapping til the bitter end!
Thursday: Full day of sessions, classes,(mine include a Make n Take this day! then Awards night and the Afterparty! Here we are the dance floor dancing from everthing from the YMCA to Single Ladies and such...GREAT Time! And we were all having so much fun on just dessert and lemonade. SU has values and it practices what it believes in. It was nice to see, and show, that adult beverages are not needed to enjoy each other's company and get on our boogy shoes!
Friday - Full day of sessions, classes and an optional Fun Class! I did the Village of Cuteness. And of course, more goodies awaited us!
Saturday seemed to come so quickly and it was time to say goodbye to my Stampin' UP! family until next year!
