Hi Everyone! Today's Sending Love theme uses the Sealed with Love bundle to create a heart tag with probably the tiniest love note I'll ever use tucked inside. The die cuts and scores the square envelope but when turned, you can make a heart envelope! I love having Stampin' UP! cellophane bags of all sizes on how so I can make a quick treat or package.
General Instructions: Die cut envelope with Pop of Pink Specialty Designer Series Paper. Stamp Love image and die cut note. Bring ends together to form heart and attach with glue dot. With 1/8" Handheld Circle punch, punch hole at top of heart. Insert 5 Dove candies into a 2" Cello Bag. Tie bag with Melon Mambo Thick Bakers Twine. Add heart tag. Here's a video tutorial on how to make!
Hi Everyone! Here's a Valentine's Treat Holder that is interactive. When you pull up on the ribbon, it also pulls up the treat inside! The fun pack of M & M's were used. The paper is from the upcoming Sending Love Designer Series Paper Stack available January 4th.
You can also use this design to include a note...it's no calorie that way! Video uploading this am and will be posted here soon! UPDATE - See tutorial below!
4" x 6" Designer Paper scored along the 6" side at 1/2" 14" Ribbon 10" Thick Baker's Twine
General Instructions: Fold the 1/2" score inward to form tab. Apply Tear & Tape adhesive. Apply Tear & Tape along the bottom. Bring 4" sides together first, then join the bottom sides to form pocket. Punch 1/4" hole using a standard hole punch towards the top the holder. Thread ribbon. Insert Fun Size candy. Use Thick Bakers Twine to tie ribbon ends together. Decorate front of treat holder.
Hi Everyone! Today's project uses (1) sheet of 12x12 Designer Paper. The purse is made by folding the Designer Paper. When opened, you can tuck in Note Cards that coordinate with your Designer Paper. Many thanks to Kris Miller, my demonstrator friend whose clutch she gave me inspired this version!
The Note Card packs come in either Crumb Cake or Whisper White. I love the Crumb Cake Notecards to tie back into the colors in Cane Lane Cane Designer Paper! Here's a video tutorial to help you make one of your own!
Hi Everyone! I finished making the Oh Happy Day All-Inclusive Kit last night. OMGoodness..it's my new favorite kit. It's so bright and cheerful. It makes 20 cards and includes everything you need to make the cards. The only exception is adhesive. I found I needed both Multipurpose Glue and Glue Dots. The kit took me approximately 2 hours to complete. I did it over 2 nights. The first night I did all the stamping then staged each card's embellishments. The second night I assembled the cards.
What is AWESOME is it comes in the really nice box that ready for gift-giving!
Hi Everyone! Here's a gift card or money holder using the Cookie Cutter Christmas Bundle. It also uses Candy Lane Christmas Designer Paper. Candy Lane Christmas is part of a Buy 3 get 1 FREE Stampin' UP! Special this month. My local stampers are making these as part of class this week!
AND you can get FOUR (4) gift cards out of 1 sheet of 8-1/2 x 11 cardstock.
Instructions for making the gift card holder: 5-1/4" x 4" Real Red Cardstock
Along the 5-1/4" side, score at 1/2" & 2-7/8". Along the 4" side, score at 1/2"
Trim out corners as shown
With 1/2" circle punch, punch out 1/2 circle at the top so the gift card or tag can partially be seen. To do this, punch one panel first. Fold over other panel and line up punch with 1/2 circle already punched out and punch the second panel. It's difficult to punch 2 layers of cardstock at a time. Add 2-1/4 " x 3-1/4" Designer Paper to front and back panels. Again, line up punch with already punched section and punch again. Repeat with 2nd panel.
With Fast Fuse Adhesive, close and adhere tabs.
It's ready for a gift card! or you can make a 2-1/4 x 4 Whisper White insert. Add ribbon pull tab.
For gift card embellishments.
Tie Candy Lane Baker's Twine around holder.
Stamp Santa with Archival Black ink on Whisper White and Stamp the Reindeer with Early Espresso Ink on Crumb Cake. Color then punch. Add glitter and pom pom nose.
Hi Everyone! Welcome to my Christmas in July Kick Off! And thanks to fellow demonstrator Tanja Rath from Germany (I think) for sharing her inspiration! Her folder needed 12x12 cardstock and I modified it so we could use 8-1/2x11 cardstock ....which means you can make this with the coordinating Cardstock Pack...WOO HOO! Here's Tanja's link to her project.
I layered up the insides and pockets. Tomorrow's post will show the cards I created to go inside!
This is Christmas Specialty Designer Series Paper is PERFECT for a little mass producing. BIG benefits with this holiday paper pack - 24 sheets, 4 each of 6 double-sided designs which means you have plenty of LIKE cards and folders. A normal pack is 12 sheets, 2 each of 6 designers. NOTE - the paper is lighter weight than typical SU Designer Paper. Which I find nice for making envelopes too.
Video Tutorial up later today! Update! Here it is:

Hi Everyone! OMGoodness! Pyramid Pals Bundle is soooo stinkin' cute! You can make one box out of a 1/2 sheet of 8-1/2" x 11" cardstock (in other words - 2 per sheet!). If you have ever assembled Curvy Keepsake Thinlit Box, it's the same idea.
Above is 2 cut outs to form the box. TIP! Stamp any spots or extras prior to assembly. I die cut the ears and nose for this puppy pyramid. Add eyes and mouth using Basic Black Stampin' Write Marker. I also add a little glitter using the new Wink of Stella glitter pen!
Kids would LOVE stamping and stuffing treats in these for Valentines' Day. (or any other occasion!) The box isn't big but big enough for a snack size treats.
I prefer the Mulitpurpose Glue to Tear & Tape when putting together. On my pig, I used Tear & Tape and the points are hard (for me) to line up and stay. With the glue - you can go all the way to the point.
Add a glitter heart and you're ready to give as a Valentine's treat!
General Instructions: Die cut pyramids. Stamp prior to assembly. Use Liquid Multipurpose Glue to glue bottoms together as well as one side of the box. Tuck in treats and tuck in back side (don't glue unless you don't mind them ripping open for the treats!) Punch at glitter hearts. Die cut noses/ears and attach with Glue Dots and Stampin Dimensionals.
Hi Everyone! Day 3 of my 14 Days of Valentine's Projects. Today's is a 2-fer. A card and a treat box. And I just cannot stop playing with this group of products. And why not! (giggle) they are uber cute and Valentine festive! Let's start with the treat box! It's made using the Baker's Box Thinlit Dies.
General Instruction for the Baker's Box. Die cut 2 images out of Love Blossoms Designer Series Paper Stack. Each pass makes 1/2 the box. With one of the sections, die cut the circle out of the front panel using the circle die the comes with the set (nice!). Adhere a 2" x 2" Window Sheet to the back side using Glue Dots. Assemble the box using Tear & Tape.
Die cut the word YUM out of Rose Red using the die that comes with the set. Using the circle you cut out of the box and using the reverse design side, adhere YUM using the Fine Tip Glue Pen.
Cover the front of the Mini Clothes Pin with Blushing Bride Glimmer Paper. Add Lindor Strawberry's & Cream Truffles inside (5 shown) and keep top closed with clothes pin.
General Instructions for the card and envelope.
Stamp image on a 2-1/4" x 2-3/4" Whisper White Cardstock. Ink around edges with Blushing Bride. Layer on a 2-1/2" x 3" Love Blossoms Designer Paper. With Happy Heart Embossing Folder, emboss a 4" x 4" Whisper White. Lightly ink with Blushing Bride ink to highlight the hearts and ink edges. Adhere to Blushing Bride card base 4-1/4" x 11. Stamp sentiment and punch out with Washi Punch. With same punch, punch with Blushing Bride Glimmer Paper. Cut in half. Add sentiment layers as shown. Die cut flowers out of Blushing Bride Glimmer Paper and adhere to image. (they match up with the stamp!)
Inside of card: Stamp images on a 4" x 5-1/4" Whisper White Cardstock.
