The Open Sea Buckle Card
Four Frame Stamp Card with Rosettes

Pillow Box with Circle Flowers

P1060019Hi Everyone! Here's my much belated gift to my goddaughter who turned sixteen last month. I wanted to make something special and I wanted to make my first rosettes out of circle punches! This will be the gift box for a charm bead! I am off to my craft room to make a video for the roses. Super easy...super cute!!!
To make the pillow box with rosettes you will need:
Big Shot Die Cutting Machine 113439
Pillow Box Die 113466 (recently marked off my wish list lol!)
1" Circle Punch 119868
1-1/4" Circle Punch 119861
Blossoms Petal Punch 121808
Scraps of cardstock in Blushing Bride, Regal Rose, Rose Red and Whisper White for flowers and Pear Pizzazz for leaves.
Whisper White 100730 for Pillow Box
Pretty in Pink Satin Ribbon 117289
Sticky Strip 104294 for box tab
Mini Glue Dots 103683

P1060018 For Sentiment:
Four Frames stamp set (available July 1st!)
Regal Rose ink 105223
Blushing Bride ink for sponge edging and sponge coloring the flower 119786
Sentiment from 2010 Occasions Mini Watercolor Trio
Decorative Label Punch 120907
Dimensional foam dot 104430

Assembly - Die cut pillow box. Wrap pink satin ribbon around belly. Make a circle rose in each size, each color (video later today on rosettes), punch a variety of leaves.
With glue dots, assemble flower bouquet - both flowers and leaves.

Stamp sentiment. Stamp frame stamp around. Punch with decorative label punch. Edge with blushing bride. Attach to bottom of box to hide ribbon seam.

Happy Crafting!~ Dee

Thanks for a great tutorial Dee. I love the hint about squashing the finished rosette with the acrylic block.

Dee, that was so easy and look like fun. You're right, you can use as a favor for a wedding or shower. TFS!!!

Fabulous - glad I popped over for a visit from SCS. Great tutorial - I feel some roses coming on! Thanks so much X
