Envelope Liner Scarecrow Card

Hi Everyone! I used the Envelope Liner Framelit 132172(medium size) was used to make this scarecrow card! Polka-Dot Pieces Stamp set (w 129705, c129708) created the accents and the stamped sentiment inside the care-"thoughts of you make me smile".

DSCN3459How to make - Cut a 5" x 10"  piece of Crushed Curry Card Stock. Fold in half and die cut using the middle size envelope liner framelit - making sure the fold line is inside the framelit so it doesn't get cut.  With a 5x5 piece of Crumb Cake cardstock, die cut another image for the face. Emboss crumb cake with the Square Lattice embossing folder for more texture.

With Sweater Weather Designer Paper 132184 - cut the hat and brim using the enevelop die. Cut down to desired hat size.

With 1" Circle Punch 119868 punch eyes with Very Vanilla and Crushed Curry for Cheeks.
3/4" Circle Punch 119873 punch eyes with Chocolate Chip.
With Petite Pennats 122361 punch nose with Brights Color Collection Designer Paper Pack 130134.

Cut small strips of Baked Brown Sugar card stock for straw hair. Crinkle or run through your crimper.

With Chocolate Chip ink, ink around all edges and assemble as shown.

Stamp images with Crushed Curry, Chocolate Chip and Tangerine Tango ink on corresponding card stock for a tone on tone look. Punch using Bird Builder, 3/4" Circle Punch and 1-3/4" Scallop Circle Punch.

Dee, I love, love your scarecrow! I stopped going thru Pinterest when I saw it and made one. I added a wire that I curled around a marker so it can hang. So cute! Thanks for the great idea! Another reason my customers are going to want the Envelope Liner Framelets!
