I put them in an untied cello bag with ribbon tie enclosed. That way, they can pull the battery tab thing-a-ma-bob that saves the life of the battery before they give.
Idea for use...place in a guest's bathroom as a fun, glowy welcome. Watch TV in the dark and have these little guys on your end tables.

Ribbon to match - I used retired satin ribbon...trying to use up my stash!
Sky Blue ink
With scrap of Whisper White, punch small circle - punch as far into the paper as you can. With the 1-3/8" circle punch, punch out circle with smaller circle in the middle. It fits over the tea light!
With sponge dauber, ink around the edges and make cheeks. With markers make face. Adhere to tea light with Tombow.
To make hat - cut x-large oval in half. With large oval punch, punch wedge bites out of card stock to make brim. Punch small circle. Option - emboss!
Place sticky strip on side of tea light to keep the ribbon scarf in place.
