How to make:

Emboss card base front with Perfect Polka Dot embossing folder.

Stamp sentiment with Tangerine Tango and border with Memento Tuxedo Black on piece of 2" x 4" Whisper White card stock.

Color border with Crushed Curry and Bermuda Bay Stampin' Write Makers

Punch a 2-1/2" circle out of Bermuda Bay cardstock. Emboss with Perfect Polka Dot embossing folder.

Punch a 2" circle out of Motley Monsters Designer Paper.

Cut a banner tail from a piece of 1"x 4" Motley Monsters Designer Paper.

Adhere as shown.
