Have a Cuppa Pop-Up Card

Hi Everyone! Over the next 3 postings, I will have a set of cards made from the Have a Cuppa Product Suite. All have a pop-up element. Pop ups add an element of surprise and, well, happiness to the card. You can't help but smile!

Measurements:

8-1/2" x 5-1/2" Bermuda Bay Cardstock for card base.

Outside of card

4" x 5-1/4" Whisper White
2-1/4" x 5-1/4: Melon Mambo
2" x 5-1/4" Have a Cuppa Designer Series Paper Stack
7/8" circle Wisteria Wonder
1" circle Melon Mambo

Inside of card

4" x 5-1/4" Whisper White
3" x 5-1/4" Have a Cuppa Designer Series Paper Stack
1" Whisper White Circle
1-1/4" Melon Mambo circle
1/2" Bermuda Bay circle
1/2 of a doilie

 For the pop-up bases:

(1) 1/2" x 4-1/2" Bermuda Bay cardstock scored at 1", 2", 3" and 4". Fold at score lines and use tab at end to glue together to form a square.

(1) 1/2" x 5-1/2" Bermuda Bay cardstock scored at 1", 2.5", 3.5" and 5". Fold at score lines and use tab at end to glue together to form a rectangle.

Here are some pictures..might be worth a thousand words! I used Tombo on the far right tab (the 1/2" section) so you could see where to glue.

Next form the square and rectangle by connecting the glued end to the other end.

I made an extra for the sample below..but here's what they will look like.

Flatten and add Fast Fuse to the areas where I wrote "glue".

Determine where you want to position on the inside of the card. The glued areas attach to the inside of the card, on either side of the card base fold line.

General Instructions.
Add layers to front to card base and stamp heart image from Have a Cuppa stamp set with Wisteria Wonder ink. With Fast Fuse add Have a Cuppa embellishment on circle layers.
Inside of card: -  add whisper white and designer paper as shown. Add 1/2 a doilie. Insert pop-up bases by adding Fast Fuse to 2 adjacent sides of pop up. Add to fold
Die cut the kettle, cup and steam hearts.
With baker's twine, add spoon embellishment and tape to the back of the cup. Glue steam to back of cup.
With Fast Fuse or Tombo Multipurpose Glue - add kettle and cup to pop up bases. Add sentiment
